- This one is the polar opposite to yesterday! Its designed as a short & spicy WoD!
- Choose a weight on the bar that will allow you to move through your set of 21 squats in 1-2 go's. Move swiftly through your burpees & you will feel the burn of this beautifully designed workout.
- We will be covering some valuable practice on the Overhead Squat beforehand so come armed & ready to use those shoulders!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Strict 8 Min Time Cap
