- This one is CrossFit in a nutshell. Two movements, both functional & foundational moves. The weight is moderate. The task is simple. The beauty in this one will be found if you put your all into both moves and don't choose to use the run as a recovery!
- Go after it. you know as well as we do there is a high chance of seeing the Thruster in "18.5" so get used to it today.
