WoD: "Sisyphus"
Complete 5 Rounds For Time:
China Town Run
20 Push Ups
20 Straight-Leg Sit Ups

- Not a barbell in sight.
- This one is a grinder. The title suggests that will will very much feel like you are coming back round to the start of the those push ups again & again. And you're right, you will. What we want though (read, what we hope) is that you will find a grinding desire to keep pushing (no pun intended!).
- The moves may seem basic yet if they are indeed that "basic" show us every rep with some pristine form (push ups are notorious for good body positioning going out the window once we are tired). Theres a lot of reps total but its broken down into very manageable sets and you will be getting some decent time off the arms during the other moves.
- For the sit ups we will go straight legged to get the hip flexors involved. Don't be fooled by them, they will sneak up on you!!
- Lastly the runs. There are 5 of them so naturally this isn't one you will be able to "sprint" each time. Find a pace that scares you but ultimately you can hold onto.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
