- On the skill fully apply yourself and work on stringing together some form and hopefully reps on the T2B.
- On the wall ball focus on smooth rhythm (yes there is even a rhythm to wall balls too!).
- Scale the rep numbers as needed.
- On the WoD the Deadlift doesn't want to be more than 50% of your 1RM.
- No scaling back the T2B numbers (at full range of motion) today. Instead choose a scale option that you can sustain for all 12 reps.
