With A Clock Set For 12 Minutes Complete The Following
For REPS:
1 Minute of Box Jumps
1 Minute of AbMat Sit-Ups
2 Minutes of Box Jumps
2 Minutes of V-Ups
3 Minutes of Box Jump Overs
3 Minutes of Hanging L-Sit (seconds)

- Simple doesn't mean easy. Simple is effective. As with every workout you want to place some focus points in there. This is more so during these so called simple workouts. With there being three different variants of midline movements and two for jumping, place targets internally to maximise each time segment to the fullest.
- Overall goal today is to work to a pace that allows you to move CONSTANTLY for each segment.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
