- Ooooo the Quad Pump is going to be real today!!
- With the CrossFit Open coming up in the not too distant future "barbell cycling" will be a skill that is worth having up your sleeve. Even if you care not for the "open", just having the ability to cycle out cleans for reps is a great asset to be able to call upon as it ups your work capacity and in turn will help you get more Fit.
- Use todays prep work and indeed the WoD itself to get better at the art of cycling the barbell. The fact that your legs will be tired and that the time is very short will only add to the urgency needed to go for large, unbroken sets wherever possible.
- Move well, kick some butt, have some fun!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
