Calories, Rower/Assault Bike

Ground To Overhead w/Bumper Plate (20 / 15 kg)

Burpee To Plate

  • Female Calories targets are: 30 - 22 - 15 - 7 (The other moves remain at 40-30-20-10).
  • 25 Min Time Cap.
  • Scale As Needed.

REST 2-3 MINS...........

For Quality:

2 Mins Weighted Plank Hold

  • Accumulate the 2 mins if cannot go unbroken.
  • Use the same plate you did in the WoD.
