.- ALL of the "AMRAP's" (As Many Rounds As Possible) to brighten your Tuesday!
- This is heavily guided by the upcoming CrossFit Games Open. We know Dumbbells will feature once again, but to what capacity is anyones guess! Sooooo lets do ALL the Dumbbell work!!!
- Dumbbells aside this WoD has the hallmarks of a classic & effective interval session. You are going 3 Mins ON / 2 Mins OFF for 5 rounds. There is a lot of work ahead of you. The rest is not quite equal so your recovery will be compromised somewhat. Part of building world class Fitness is being able to deal with fatigue & still keep moving well. You will notice some moves repeating themselves along the way but you will not do the same AMRAP twice. This brings a freshness to thew table & should be an incentive to keep looking forward.
- This one bites. Be sure to allow yourself more recovery/cool down time on the bike after we've stretched off & class is over.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
