Every Minute On The Minute x 7 Mins:
# Reps of a Gymnastics Pulling Movement

- Choose one move from the following list: Ring Muscle Up, Bar Muscle Up, Chest To Bar Pull Up, Pull Up, Ring Row.
- Pick one that you can do rather tan one you are working toward.
- Choose a number of reps for each minute to hold every round.
- Sets must be unbroken.
- Scale as needed.
