10 Calories on Rower / Bike

15 Medicine Ball Cleans

  • Keeping with the strict gymnastics theme of late we are keeping the volume low to promote decent output & allow constant movement. If you have visions of doing 21 kipping HSPU in a row one day then you MUST be proficient in the strict from of the move.
  • Move with purpose over the calories and respect the Med Ball Clean. Its one of the 9 foundational movements for a reason. It teaches great things to do with your hip extension. Don't get complacent on this move. Sure you can bicep curl that seemingly lightweight ball, but should you???????
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
