- Heavvvvvvveeeeeyyyyy Day!!
- The front squat is an amazing tool to improve our all-round approach to fitness. Take into consideration the flexibility needs on it alone. You need to keep your torso really upright. That will require you to get those elbows up & bring your hips more forward than the back squat. Hello ankle mobility!!
- Today we want everyone to aim at those five heavy singles at thew end of the scheme. Let's target hitting a number for the day. It may be a new 'PR'. It may be close to one, or it may be nowhere near your lifetime best but its the best you got today. Either way we want you to target something. To do this we will need to start more conservatively. Around the 60-65% range. Then we build toward the end saving our energy where we can so that we have something to offer those singles.
- Don't get wrapped up in fearing your "records". Just give us what you have in the tank and everyone will leave happy.
- Let's get after it!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
