- This kind of format is an awesome way to develop many facets of your fitness. Going for a "max-reps" anything always offers us chances to enhance that mental side of our fitness by challenging ourselves to see how many of something we can do inside whatever timeline is laid out in front.
- This particular way of doing it (with increasing timelines) it allows us to find our groove with regards to pacing. It tests our ability to cycle out efficient reps rather than just lose yourself in a bag of bad movement.
- And it just happens to be a fantastic way to develop your engine. We are pretty much asking you to move for 12 minutes continuous. By breaking up the minutes with switching moves back & forth we can actually keep our body moving and hit a nice aerobic effort that will feel like an an anaerobic effort (which means it hurts more in the moment).
- Work hard today and see how long you can keep that DB going in the final phase!!
- Let the fun begin!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
