- Special WoD for the CBD Community today. Coach Susan had her second bubba last Friday (23/3/18) and we will honour the occasion with WoD designed for the day.
- The scheme follows the date of birth (23 C&J = The Day. 3 min rest = The Month. 18 Sn = The Year).
- Now as a training day this one is a kick-ass WoD. Its meant to short & heavy so find a weight you can move multiple reps on & go!!!
- There will be sharp time caps on both parts to ensure you don't lose the intentions of the workout.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
