WoD: "Up(side Down) Scaling"
Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes
of:
Handstand Walk, 50ft
Walking Lunge, 100ft

- If there is one thing that experience teaches us it's to never rest on our laurels & always push the envelope with your skill set. That applies to both inside the gym & outside.
- To work on the high skill stuff is challenge yourself to points of neurological adaptation in droves. Practicing this sort of stuff actually enhances a lot of other aspects to your training. Get better at handstands & your jerks get better. Get better at handstands & your strength and coordination in your kipping pull up/muscle up/toes to bar becomes better.
- Don't be put off by this sort of thing being on the menu. Just because you cannot do it it doesn't mean you shouldn't work toward it. We will challenge you and have you working to be 1% better. In fact, the longer you have been doing CrossFit the more we should see you chomping at the bit to work at this. Its all about experiences and today offers that in droves.
