- Another classic Hero WoD. Starts off with high numbers and whittles its way down to that Heavy Barbell!
- Be clinical with the reps in front of you. This will come an exercise of pacing it just right & executing each rep with fantastic form. That way you will blend technique vs intensity just right & thus be able to attack that last round with gusto. 4 rounds may not seem like a lit BUT it will catch up with you if you aren't careful.
