AMRAP in 15 Minutes:

10 Push Press (70 / 47.5 kg)
20 Sit Ups

- This is a classic case of the Heavy Vs the Light Vs the Fast. Nothing here should stop you in its tracks HOWEVER it will slow you down & want to interfere with each other!
- The barbell is Heavy loading for a MetCon. Beware the impact of all those sit ups having on your midline when you want to throw the heavy weight up there!!
- The legs will start to tire in the row which will impede the dip-drive in the Push Press. And so the fun begins!!
- Do remember too that it is prescribed as a Push PRESS. Not a Jerk!! Squeeze & fight for the lockout!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.

The Dip (in the Dip-Drive) is a highly important component of the whole Push Press move. Be sure you are staying upright and spreading the weight in the right areas.......
