- Spicy one to kick off your week. We want to try to work as hard and fast as possible in the 1 minute work windows & in turn recover as hard as possible in this retesting minutes!!
- Suffice to say, the barbell should be feeling lightweight at the start and you should be able to go unbroken with decent form in the majority of these rounds thus allowing you good time to hit up those burpees!!
- Lets get after thins one!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
