Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes of:

China Town Run

10 Dumbbell Push Press (20's / 15's)

10 Toes To Bar

  • Run hard, don't coast. Grab those Dumbbells & go unbroken. Get your kip on & stay the course on the gymnastics.
  • In other words, if you want a result from this, you are going to have to PUSH for it!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
