.- Super simple, short & spicy! When you see a couplet like this that "only" lasts 7 minutes you should be fearful straight away! Short workouts with movements that elicit high power output = INTENSITY!!
- Be sure you choose a weight that you can knock out multiple rounds unbroken & lets try to knock out the T2B in the same fashion.
- Question is, will your GRIP hold the course??
- We will hit an little upper body accessory piece after.
