This time we will be offering two versions of the challenge. Which will you choose?

WoD - "How Many??"
In 5 Minutes Complete:
40 Walking Lunges
40 Abma Sit Ups
40 (30) Calorie Row
In 4 Minutes Complete:
30 Walking Lunges
30 Abma Sit Ups
30 (22) Calorie Row
In 3 Minutes Complete:
20 Walking Lunges
20 Abma Sit Ups
20 (15) Calorie Row
In 2 Minutes Complete:
MAX Calorie Row

- The clock runs straight through from start to finish.
- Any rest you get will be whatever time is left in the respective time window you are in once you have completed the triplet.
- You should be vying for around 1 min or more of rest each time.
- At the end go all out and try and get more calories than your first target!
- Scale as needed.
Afterbash: 10-15 Mins dedicated mobility time.
- Take some time to iron out any kinks in the armour.
- Too often the flexibility/mobility side of things can get overlooked. Look after your body & recover well.

CrossFit Kitchen - Chilli Lime Chicken!
Today we sadly bid farewell to one of our Coaches, Caitlin. Caitlin has been accepted into the NSW Fire Service which is fantastic!
She begins her training for that very soon & from us all at the Rooftop Of Dreams we wish her all the very best.
(Oh & happy birthday to James too!!)
