Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 3 Minutes

of:

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24" / 20")

15 / 10 Calorie Row or Bike

MAX Reps Double Unders

Rest 1 minute between cycles. Perform 5 cycles in total.

  • 3 minutes is a curiously short amount of time to workout in. It's way way too short for you too pace yourself through it. It is however just a smidgen long-feeling when you have your after burners on!!
  • Given that you are doing 5 cycles of this you may need to inject some sort of pacing to your strategy. Don't get confused & think we saying to take it "slow & easy". Nup, we still want that intense feeling form this one but perhaps you pull the foot off the gas pedal on either the B-Box Jump Overs or the Row (NOT on both now mind you!!).
  • Aim to get to the rope with 1 min left each time (scale numbers as needed to ensure you get as close to this as possible). See how your skills hold out as you get more tired with each interval.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
