- Happy New Year folks!!
- We are kicking off 2019 with a bang!! Today your mindset & pacing will be key. Hit your rows aggressively but also at a pace that you can live with (no PRs today!). Try to hit large sets on the Wall Ball too and practice firing them under fatigue. This will ,make for great stamina training for the upcoming CrossFit Open in February/March time!
- Time to get back on the wagon. Lets go!!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
