- Start. Your. Engines!
- You're gonna need to come out the gate fast to earn any reasonable amount of time on the Handstand Push Ups ninth first interval. The rest is just over half the work time so it will you to recover a bit before you hit the next one. Your aim is to always get to your Handstand work in each interval.
- Today it'll be about well you can get your heart rate back down & be better recovered as much as how fast you can row the cals & complete your snatches.
- Try monitoring your own heart rate when immediately as you finish a 3 min effort. Then take a quick note as you are in the final few seconds of your rest. It always makes for interesting data!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
