- We love workouts that on paper seem simple, or dare we say mundane. These are the WoDs that will garner that "increased work capacity across broad time & modal domains" . (FYI, the more "mundane" a WoD may seem to an individual you will probably then find out that individual needed that WoD than most!).
- Find your groove today. For our experienced crew its about finding your threshold and seeing how much you can handle that pace. For our newer members its a case of getting to know your body and whats it capable of. The three moves on offer today all have the ability for you to exude massive power output! Modify the weight on the barbell or the rep numbers on the other moves to ensure you can keep your power output once & high!
