WoD: Independance 

Complete 3 Rounds For Time:

China Town Run

15 Deadlifts (100 / 70 kg)

12 Strict Pull Ups

  • Like the classic WoD "Helen" this one is about urgency. However the urgency you exude onto this one will have to come with some patience. Sound confusing?
  • You can most definitely see urgency & patience together. Make those runs as hectic as possible. Keep your deadlifts unbroken & then when the pull ups arise be patient enough to allow your arms some time to recover if you can't knock out large sets.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • 17 min time cap. Scale as needed.
