- Bringing this one back to the rooftop to check in on our gymnastics skillset. We last saw this in September 2019 and that day highlighted just how hard high rep gymnastics can be.
- We are coming off the back of a moderate gymnastics volume day yesterday intentionally to see if our technique is actually where it wants to be. We will all be a bit sore from the pull-ups and push-ups yet IF our technique in the kipping form is on point we will be able to hit a decent amount of toes to bar.
- The Handstand holds will be as tough today as they were then. You can accumulate the 1 minute if needed but we need to cap it to 90 seconds each round to ensure that we don't get stuck time wise but also to ensure that our shoulders remain healthy and we don't stubbornly hang out in a poor position.
- If you did this back in September go look at your notes and see where we can make strides on our journey. Scale any & all numbers as needed to make this a 12-15 minute workout.
