- So you like to lift hey? Or you like to run?? What happens if you do both in combination?!?!
- CrossFitter's are known for being good at a multitude of tasks. Not great but good enough at each. What good is it if you can squat 100's of kilos but you can't run for the tram? Likewise If you can run all day long but cannot lift a heavy load on you back what does this all say about these people? That they are not well rounded!
- At CBD we want you to be able to squat heavy loads but then also have the capacity to run like the wind! Today is what a GPP program is all about. showing yourself that you can be a functionally fit human being who is capable of many great things.
- By doing workouts like these you can't help but gain oodles of Fitness.
