  • This one is an absolute zinger or a WoD. LOTS of volume going on & the potential to ruin your hands for the week to boot! Take care to scale this one as needed.
  • We will have many varied scale options on offer for those working toward their Bar Muscle UPs or indeed their first pull ups.
