- This is a ripper of a couplet. The time is short, the weight starts light then gets quite heavy. The jumps in loading are aggressive! Its everything you want from a workout & more!!
- This kind of WoD is just begging you to go out the gate fast to get through the lighter weight stuff early to allow you time to actually be able to lift the heavier end loads!
- The CrossFit Open feels like its only around the corner. Well it is only about 85 odd days away y'know so lets get after it!!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
