- More technically laden WoD today but no less intense. The weight is heavy & the grip demands are very real. The gymnastics movement is a challenging one & one that will also play on your grip.
- Your intents in this are move that heavy weight as fast as you can so you can buy yourself more time to move through 21 Bar Muscle Ups (of course if you are a gymnastics ninja & the barbell will cause you strife then reverse the intent just written!!).
- This is also intended as a short WoD! get this done under 10 minutes. Time Cap = 12 mins.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
