Complete 3 Rounds, EACH For Time :
40 Wall Ball Shots (9 / 6 kg, 10 / 9 ft)
20 Power Snatch (35 / 25 kg)

- How fast can you move through these 60 reps??
- Can you hold onto unbroken sets on the ball?
- Can you keep your composure on the barbell?
- There is a 5 minute cap to each round, so you need to move with purpose!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
