AMREP in 7 Minutes:
3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, etc, ......
Power Snatch (52.5 / 37.5 kg)
Toes To Bar

- Climb the ladder as far as you can in the 7 Minutes. Add on 3 reps each round.
- E.G: Perform 3 Power Snatches & 3 Toes To Bar, then do 6 of each, then 9 of each & so on & so on until time is called.
- Better warm those hands up!
- Scale As Needed.
