- Update on the air quality in Melbourne is showing that things will be clearing up, for at least a day or two. With this in mind this WoD can be approached in a couple different ways depending on the conditions at the time and how you feel.
- Option 1 can be to take it on a more moderate pace and work through the reps within the 4 minutes and just get through it comfortably.
- Option 2 however, if you feel good would to be hit this and try to get back on the machine for a second time each time.
- Those burpees over the erg will definitely be a challenge and one that will make you think hard about each & every rep.
- Overall goal today is to decide how YOU want to tackle today. Go with your gut.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
