- The trifecta of overhead lifting! Use today to build on every set to eventually reach this heavy singles. One common theme here will be to brace your midline & find your balance in your feet to send this heavy weights overhead.
- Stick to the formula. A strict press is a strict press (no knee bend!). A push press is just that. Once you drive through the hips your legs remain straight! And finally, when its time ti jerk the weight get under that barbell quickly like you've been wanting to all session long! (And yes, we are fully aware you are doing Push Jerks again this week! Call that part of the variance. lol)
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
