- Strength Day y'all!
- Your hips are the driving force to your body. Look to find your proper hip function on your dip-drive to make that bar jump. Too often you may see missed lifts due to poor hip function. Keep the weight balanced on the heels, FULLY drive your hips open, find that power and allow that bar to launch straight up.
- Then use all your might and actually PRESS it up. No jerks will be had this day!
- Lift Heavy* Have fun!!
- *= "Heavy" is a relative term. Meaning that the actual number of kgs does not matter. What does matter is that YOU have lifted as Heavy as you were able to safely, & in turn YOU forced an adaptation upon your own body.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
