- Arguably one of the biggest "bang for your buck" strength moves on the menu today. We go for a classical 5 by 5!!
- We want to maximise today and make each set as heavy as possible BUT we don't want to miss any reps at all. This isn't so much about the 5RM but more about hitting just below that and keeping around that level for ALL sets. The adaptation from this is amazing!!
- Lets get some gains going!!
- Overall goal today is to open up with 80% or more (of your 1RM) and hold all work sets above this line. Total volume is the aim. 5 Heavy sets, not just one at the end.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
