- Getting after some heavy weight today. The back squat is arguably the biggest bang for buck strength movement we can do. It certainly lives in the same post code as the Deadlift, the Thruster & the Clean & Jerk for being a full bodied experience that will ALWAYS give you something positive back in return!
- Today we are building building building toward those last few singles. Start out around the 70% mark and let's see where it takes us. If that means a new PR then awesome. If it means 95% that's still great too!
- Let's get after it!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
