- Only last week did we see ourselves hit the ole rowers for 3 rounds of 1000m(750m). Today we bring it back to you to use a progression (yes, progressions are just limited to teaching segments or linear weight increases). Go look back at last week and see where we can make chan get to our approach to make each row effort look the same time wise. We still want hard efforts but we are very much looking at our monitors getting to know whats on the screen very well.
- On the flip side is lots of midline action. We want midline integrity rep throughout. Brace that core and show us you can control your spine and all the muscles around it.
- Be wary too that the midline will get tired and the rower (or bike) is no place to let it slip and slouch your way through. Uphold the best standards at all times.
- Overall goal today is to get consistent rowing splits &, overall, to go under 17 minutes.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
