- Mixing the complex with the not-so-complex. This triplet offers up the chance to work on your gymnastics skills & volume whilst at the same time get some valuable Fitness into the system. One thing to note is that you will have hanging onto something on each movement. Whether you like it or not your grip will play a major factor in how you fare throughout this WoD.
- Lets avoid tearing our hands too by cutting it all into small, manageable sets.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
