Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes

Max Reps Strict Pull Ups

Max Reps Strict Ring Dips

  • The beauty about this workout is it's super deceptive in nature. The China Town Run will take no more than 2 mins meaning you will get at least 3 goes on the gymnastics. In essence we should be strategising for 3 attempts at a max set of strict pull ups immediately followed by a max set of strict ring dips. What will soon become apparent is that numbers will be hard to maintain. Use that run as a way to somewhat let the upper body recover as best its can then see what you have you have in the tank.
  • Remember the clock only reads 12 minutes so push hard on the runs to maximise your time.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
