- Getting our Geek on today with some OLY work. Working this movement specifically allows us to train the faster portion of the Clean movement. It also will us to see if this "pull" is a strength or a weakness in your overall Clean movement.
- Make proper use of the Hook-Grip too!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
