- We don't program what is popular, we program was is effective!
- Yes you 'could' do this at home on your own but will you? Yes you 'could' run just as hard in the park on your own, but will you?
- Running, like any other movement, is a skill! Lift your feet! Stop smashing your heels into the ground & PULL your foot off the floor and run as with reckless abandon!
- The idea is to run each effort as hard as possible! The "rest as needed" portion will have caps to it. Don't sandbag your runs and make each one a "coast". Just simply go out there, run hard as hell. Recover as best out can, then repeat!
- This is a special WoD. Time to chase the pavement!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
