- Beautiful workout on the Rooftop today AND you get to hit the bright lights of China Town too!!
- This one is neat because it allows some greater emphasis on your gymnastics as the volume is on the lower side. Yes we have the ring muscle up on the menu and that isn't a move everyone can do yet if you think you are close to one today could be great time too try it out before the WoD and see. If you are in the boat of doing many unassisted Chest To Bar Pull Ups and Dips then you should be working the transition movement today (it ain't the strength thats the problem!).
- If you are on there cusp of coming off the bands then today is perfect for trying out unassisted reps for the first time. If you do require a band consider using one smaller than usual and see where it takes us.
- On the flip side if things don't negate the importance of the runs. This one leaves you nowhere to hide. Get after that run and make it wayyyy faster than you think you should do!
- Compare this back to Hero month last year (29/08/18)
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
