  • Repeatability is the name of the game today. Set your stall out in the first minute of each movement and see what you can live with thereafter. Believe it or not if you really drop the hammer in the first minutes of each and get say 20 reps of each, you will actually find it tough going to exceed that when you have 2 minutes of time to hit them up!
  • Stay true to the movement standards & just keep going. This 3 minutes efforts will be where your WoD is won or lost.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
