2019 CBD Benchmark Cycle WoD - Re-test "Angie"

100 Push Ups

- Another retest of your 2019 CrossFit CBD Benchmark Cycle!! (You didn't think we'd forgotten about these did you???)
- This one is a true classic and test not only our gymnastics form but our muscle endurance too. Depending on how you choose to attack this (you can go in order as written or partition up into mini sets) will determine how that muscular endurance holds up. If you have tried just the one method the past few times you have done this one then why not try the other way and mix it up.
- No need to get fancy or add any more complexity. Just hit the 400 bodyweight reps as hard/fast as you can, with great form. Aim for virtuosity in fact and you'll leave today with the satisfaction of adding to your fitness by giving your best effort AND moving really well. That alone is a feat many CrossFitters lay claim to but could could actually benefit from working on.

- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 22 Min Time Cap. Modify as needed.
