A): Dead Lift, 5 x 3. (Build up 65-70% range.).
(Note: Take a good few warm up sets to feel the body out. The load today is to be no more than 70% of your 1RM. You can build on the load as you progress through your working sets. Try though to have got to your highest load by no later then the 4th set. That way your'll get at least two sets at that weight. As always form is king and don't dare deviate away from it. Flat and neutral back. Vertical shins. Shoulders just inline, if not ever so slightly over the barbell at the floor position. Keep the bar close, drag it up the legs! Brace that midline!). B): 30 Minutes of good quality MOBILITY ! Pick the two most troublesome areas to you and get after them! Spend at least 10 mins on each.Please respect all movements and do them to the best of your ability. Swallow your pride, if you cannot do a move because its too heavy then lighten the load! If you cannot get the technique right then either grab a coach or call it a day there.
