- There are 10 General Physical Skills in the world of CrossFit. We use these 10 skills to hold ourselves accountable to actually building a well rounded base of Fitness. Sure there are those that love a barbell WoD or maybe the bodyweight ninja just wants to see Handstand Push Ups for days. There are even those that will love todays WoD too.
- The point is we need to work on all facets of your Fitness. Monday you got a bit of everything from heavy barbell, tons of gymnastics & midline all in a medium time domain. Yesterday you got to get all technical on your OLY lifts and add some valuable load too. Today you go long and get your cardio-respiratory endurance levels up. What will tomorrow bring? Well that'd be telling now wouldn't it?! 🙂
- Today find a pace that you can work with but one that will challenge you. You know full well that you have more than one round in you so go after more and play this oner smartly (don't confuse "smart" for easy!).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
