For MAX Reps:
7 Rounds - 1 Minute WORK / 1 Minute REST

12 Dumbbell Power Cleans
12 Dumbbell Push Press/Jerk
MAX Reps Double Unders in time left

("RX" = 20 / 15 kg DB's).

- Push the pace on the "DB's" so that you get at least 20 seconds on the rope.
- Work those Doubles under fatigued conditions and see how you skills are coming along.
- Move fast today. Fast Dumbbell reps, fast transitions, fast skipping!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
