Complete As Many ROUNDS/REPS As Possible in 10 Minutes
of:
50 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunges
50 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

- Going long within a short form workout today. The numbers are high. Really high. We have but 10 mins on the board to push rep after rep of the same thing.
- This brings to mind the muscular endurance & stamina requirements. Strict handstand push-ups are hard anyways. Slap one massive set of 50 in front of us and they just become a whole lot tougher. We should be approaching this workout like it was a strength session with set rest between the sets. If we go out and try to hammer home a large amount of reps at the start then watch them fade away we risk failure of some reps and ultimately getting a lower return for our physical investment (or in other words LESS work capacity).
- Be smart, come out with intentions of defeating your number of push-ups and win your day.
- Overall goal today is to get back to the lunges. Choose a rep scheme or standard that allows for that.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
