- If the recently finished CrossFit Open has taught us anything, it's to never rest on our laurels & always push the envelope with your skill set.
- Taking some inspiration from that, we are interjecting handstand walking into the programming. As a gym we are over 6 years old & its only right we push the boundaries of abilities.
- As CrossFit Founder Greg Glassman put it so eloquently, "We fail at the margins of our experience."
