 WoD: "Up(side Down) Scaling"

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible ("AMRAP") in 15 Minutes

of:

Handstand Walk, 50ft

Walking Lunge, 100ft

  • If the recently finished CrossFit Open has taught us anything, it's to never rest on our laurels & always push the envelope with your skill set.
  • Taking some inspiration from that, we are interjecting handstand walking into the programming. As a gym we are over 6 years old & its only right we push the boundaries of abilities.
  • As CrossFit Founder Greg Glassman put it so eloquently, "We fail at the margins of our experience."
